CALL RECORD

 

As standard feature, the system can be programmed to record calls automatically and archived as a wave for a later review.  You can also record calls manually by simply depressing your Call Record key at any time during the conversation.

CALL ROUTING DID & CID

 

Incoming Direct-Inward-Dial (DID) & Caller ID (CID) calls can be routed to Extensions, Voice Mail Boxes, Call Queue's, Ring Groups, Digital Receptionists or outside telephone numbers.

 

In addition, the same DID & CID calls can be re-routed by time-of-day - reflecting your individual office hour schedule.

 

This routing capability provides you with the ability to treat important customers in a special way by directing their specific calls to a member of your organization of your choosing.

CALL PARKING

 

Sometimes used in conjunction with paging, Call Parking can provide an efficient way to connect parties together in the system.  There are several "Call Park Orbits' in the system where a call can be temporarily held while searching for the appropriate internal party to connect the call to.  Simply park the call in an orbit, page the internal party, and they can easily retrieve the parked call from any extension on the system including the VoIp Speed Smart Phone application as well as their PC Phone.

BLF STATUS

 

Call handling is made easier with the use of Busy Lamp Field (BLF) indicators on your extension.  A green lamp indicates that the extension is free and can accept another call while a red lamp indicates that the party is currently on a call and busy.  Even the Touch Screen phone with DSS keys will provide busy status information.

CALL HISTORY

 

The system provides each extension with a call history divided into Missed, Placed, Received, and Forwarded calls.  You can view each category separately, or all in one chronological list.  The PC Phone and the Smart Phone application provides you with the same exact information -  managing your extension call activity is a breeze.
